For getting specific odd sizes of rubber, there is no way other than a stripper. I am aware of one currently available in the US, made by Ray Harlan in Massachusetts. Click here for his web site.
You might also come across rubber strippers made by Robert Oppegard from Arizona or Charles Leeson of Australia. If you do, snap them up.
